How to Order
Delivery Information
The postage and packing charge for the United Kingdrom is £4.95 and FREE on orders over £100 and we aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days subject to the items being in stock. The goods will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force and delivery is expected within 5 - 7 working days. Delivery times may be longer for highland and island locations and also during peak periods and public holidays. All parcels will require a signature so please ensure that someone will be available to accept delivery. If it is more convenient, an alternative delivery address may be used eg. workplace, neighbour, relative etc. In the event that the goods are unable to be delivered and you are left a card, please contact the Post Office Depot without delay as if the goods are returned to us you will incur a re-delivery charge.International Delivery is charged at £14.95 up to a weight of 5kg. For any parcel weighing over 5kg there will be an additional postage charge which we will advise you of by email or telephone before shipping your order.
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail International Signed For to reach you within 14 working days of placing your order.

The prices displayed include VAT (where applicable). For UK (including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man but excluding the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands) and all EEC member states VAT is charged on any goods you purchase (currently at 17.5%). VAT No. 937 9969 39. For the rest of the world (including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands), no UK VAT is charged if the goods purchased are delivered outside the UK.
