If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. Please ensure that you email us first before returning your purchase so that we are aware that a product will be arriving. All we ask is that you return it unused, in perfect saleable quality and in its original packaging.

When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as we will not refund or exchange items that are lost in the post. Please ensure you pack your returned parcel carefully as items damaged in the post cannot be refunded.

Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. You are responsible for the postage charges unless the goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered.
